The problem

Dagsmejan approached us as they were needing some help from an experienced Shopify expert to initially look at some short term fixes for their three Shopify sites as they were encountering issues with implementing changes seamlessly across all 3 sites.

They were being let down by their previous agency and were not getting the speed of response required to keep their business moving and maintained. With an efficient rollout process in place they then wanted to look at the future growth strategies increase engagement and their conversion rate across all three site locales but weren't sure where to start. They wanted to build a lasting relationship with a knowledgeable and experienced Shopify agency who were well placed to keep their business moving forwards.

Our solution for growth

We implemented an infrastructure and set of processes which now allows for even the most complex of updates to be effortlessly pushed out to their multiple sites, allowing for consistency across the businesses and a reduction in admin issues.

With this in place we are now working closely with the Dagsmejan team with a cyclical approach to analysis, conversion focussed AB testing and several methods aimed at increasing engagement and customer loyalty across the 3 sites.

As a result this is allowing Catarina & Andreas to focus on growing the business instead of having to deal with QA issues.
