A partner for growth

As your new partner, we want to take as much of the ongoing strain of keeping your website moving forwards as we can. We start off with a meeting at the start of each month in which we run through any pains/issues that have come up the previous month, what can be done about them and what you’re wanting to achieve for the coming month.

Off the back of this meeting we then produce a plan for the month ahead and show you where we will be working, what we’ll be doing and how you can measure the results of that work.

How it works

Whilst our growth packages are all about putting you in control of your own destiny, it’s done in a way that ensures we’re leading the way and being your driving force for you.

  • The first thing to do is choose how many hours you want spent on developing and growing your site. Whether it’s 25 hours a month or 125, speak to our team to find our what would be best for your site.

  • Once you’ve signed up for our growth plan, you’ll be assigned your own project manager. Your PM will be your day to day contact and your websites new best friend.

  • Whether it’s good or bad, an annoyance or an off-the-wall idea you’ve had, at this stage, we just want to get on paper all your ideas for your site.

    Alongside this, we also have a development and UX team run through your site too to create a list of recommendations and fixes we think would be worthwhile.

  • All these tasks are then assessed for suitability, estimated impact on the site and for the time involved in making these changes.

    Once in order they are placed in to a Trello board which is a Kanban system made up of several columns.

    There is a stack for the upcoming months, showing which tasks are booked in for when, a stack of new ideas and a stack of tasks that have yet to be assigned a month.

    All your months will be organised based on the number of hours purchased, and the amount that can be fit in to each month.

  • Once we have the initial roadmap set up and agreed, you now are in full control of the board.

    If something changes in your business, you can move tasks around and re-prioritise as required.

  • At least once a month we organise a run through of the roadmap with you, discuss results, new ideas potential routes to ensure that your site is continually developing and growing in the right direction.

    The number of hours can be scaled up or down at any point in your relationship with us (we also offer discounts on purchases over 50 hours a month).

    We work in a continual development cycle so each new task, whilst developed behind the scenes, is merged with your live theme at the point of go live ensuring that you never have to worry about not working on your site yourself or loosing content.
