If you catch us doing it please ask us to speak English and if you’ve come across some jargon elsewhere we hope the breakdown below helps shed some light for you.

Search engines use a variety of methods to assess and understand your sites content. One of these ways is to give your site a page rank. A page rank basically is quality ranking for your site and takes in to account the length of time your site has been online, the amount of content you site contains and the amount of people that link back to your site. Google page ranks work on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being the lowest and 10 being the highest (There are very few sites with a page rank of 10, bbc.co.uk and Google it’s self being the most popular ones)
