Building a Business on Shopify E-commerce

Squashed Pixel launch another Shopify E-commerce website for an established British business, The Original Metal Sign Company.

The Original Metal Sign Company was founded over 30 years ago. They design and produce their hand-finished products on-site in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Having invested in state-of- the-art technology over the years and by providing quality products and great customer service they have continued to grow a successful business.

Having recognised that their old site was outdated in terms of design and functionality, and in addition to the growth of their product range, they required a site that offered their customers a seamless transition. The importance of building relationships with local business was at the forefront of their mind when they chose to work with Squashed Pixel, alongside the obvious expertise and experience required to deliver an updated sales platform.

Squashed Pixel worked closely with The Original Metal Sign Company team to ensure that they fully understood the business before delivering a new website.

The new look and feel of the site was signed off within 2 weeks, followed by the full website build 3 weeks later. Squashed Pixel then spent a further 8 weeks working with The Original Metal Sign Company team to upload the new content and ensuring product information to the site.

Furthermore having the flexibility to add additional functionality as and when required to further improve and evolve their Shopify site.
